OBOE offers you this website with a selection of products that will allow you to request personalized online advice through a short form that will go directly to our stores from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Below, we invite you to review the general conditions governing the purchase of our OBOE<\/strong> stores. In this sense, the signature of the order constitutes the acceptance of these general conditions. ORDER CANCELLATION<\/h3><\/div>

No order may be cancelled in whole or in part, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.<\/p>\n<\/div>

PAYMENT METHOD<\/h3><\/div>

  1. Upon signing the order, 40% of the total amount is due as a deposit.<\/li>\n
  2. Upon confirmation of receipt of the merchandise, prior to delivery, 50% of the total.<\/li>\n
  3. Upon completion of the assembly, 10% of the total.<\/li>\n
  4. If, for reasons beyond OBOE’s control, the goods cannot be delivered at the time of receipt, the buyer must make a second delivery up to 90% of the total order.<\/li>\n
  5. For payments made by bank transfer, all fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    DELIVERY TIME<\/h3><\/div>

    The delivery time is not binding as it depends on confirmation from our merchandise suppliers and transport agencies.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    CLAIM<\/h3><\/div>

    The buyer is obligated to inspect the goods upon delivery, and any non-conformity must be noted on the delivery note. Any defect resulting from improper handling or negligence on the part of the buyer cannot be attributed to the seller.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    PRODUCT WARRANTY<\/h3><\/div>

    The warranty conditions for the purchased product will be those established by current consumer protection regulations, or those indicated by the manufacturer and\/or importer or distributor, provided they meet or exceed the conditions set by said regulations. Display products will be considered second-hand goods, and the warranty period will be that stipulated by law, particularly regarding the one-year duration and the seller’s non-obligation to replace the product.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    RETURNS<\/h3><\/div>

    No merchandise may be returned to us without prior consent and agreement on the conditions of its return.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE<\/h3><\/div>

    DELIVERY METHOD<\/h3><\/div>

    The purchaser undertakes to indicate the conditions under which delivery will be made within his domicile. Delivery is completely free for orders over \u20ac600.00 within the store’s location, provided the furniture can be delivered normally through all access points (doors, stairs, or elevator) to its final destination. If additional services are required for delivery (e.g., crane rental), the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to difficulties encountered in accessing the property and delivering the furniture to its final destination, after accepting a quote.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    AUTHORIZATION FOR DATA TRANSFER<\/h3><\/div>

    We inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3\/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data, and will be included in a file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which the company is responsible. This data will be stored in said file for as long as the company carries out its business activities, and the purpose of collecting it is commercial and administrative management, as well as informing you about our products and services, including by electronic means. We also inform you that this data may be transferred to other companies for the same purpose.
