Perrine & Gilles put a new spin on an old childhood memory: the sheets our grandmothers used to put over the sofa to protect it from our hooves. This age-old custom is part of Mediterranean folk tradition, so we thought it would be a great idea to approach it from a contemporary perspective. The Barnaby sofa and armchair duo emerged from this experiment. <\/p>\n
After painstaking pattern-making, we ensured that the fabric covering the structure could be quilted while respecting the exact proportions of each of its volumes. Because it’s a loose-fitting cover, Barnaby can be easily put on and taken off, and additional covers are available for quickly changing the look as needed.
