One of the most iconic projects in Foscarini’s history, revisited in light of the new opportunities offered by LED technology. This is Dolmen, the lamp designed by Ferruccio Laviani in the mid-1990s. A piece of strong symbolic value, the expression of a lamp-sculpture concept that never goes unnoticed thanks to the exceptional nature of its monolithic form, with four large openings similar to a ship’s portholes, and to its unusual wall-leaning placement, in addition to its suspension mounting. The use of a dimmable LED light source, with a warm and uniform light, has made it possible to adapt the design of the lamp, which becomes finer and aesthetically cleaner. The proposed finishes transform its personality, suggesting different emotions and atmospheres: matt orange with an industrial flavour, matt brushed aluminium with hi-tech inspiration, or a warm bronze colour. In all versions, Dolmen gives the space in which it is placed its bold character and immediately recognisable personality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Wall-mounted floor lamp with diffused and reflected light. The lamp consists of a laser-cut aluminum plate, bent using a flex press and finished by hand. The aluminum is anodized and then varnished with a clear or colored liquid. It features two opal PMMA diffusers. The front is slightly embossed. Between the two diffusers is a transparent PMMA plate that disperses the light from the multi-chip LEDs installed along the long sides of the aluminum structure. The plate is laser-engraved in the areas that align with the LED spotlights to concentrate the reflected light. It includes a transparent electrical cable and dimmer switch for the mandatory wall mounting. A small bracket is also included. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":37757,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_joinchat":[]},"product_brand":[1654],"product_cat":[887,883,878,872],"product_tag":[936],"class_list":["post-37756","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_brand-foscarini","product_cat-floor-lamps-malaga-marbella","product_cat-lighting-malaga-marbella","product_cat-sign-livingroom-malaga-marbella","product_cat-rooms-en","product_tag-ferruccio-laviani","pa_diseno-ferruccio-laviani","first","instock","product-type-simple"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
