Foscarini and Marc Sadler’s passion for researching new technologies has given rise to iconic projects like Twiggy, an arched post made of composite material on an enamelled fiberglass base. For outdoor use, the project was completely redesigned, both in terms of the lighting’s technical aspects and the diffuser’s aesthetics, which in the Grid outdoor version is interwoven. The reading and table versions stand out for their successful synthesis of simple form and distinctive personality: they share the same diffuser and post base, but the stem extends vertically.
