The Phoenix rug is entirely handmade using an innovative version of the chain stitch, giving it an attractive embroidered texture. Its crisp, naturalistic design cleverly conceals the presence of several phoenixes within its ornamentation. The delicate, finely woven pattern is created with tie-dyed yarns, resulting in a randomly shifting color.

Designed by Siamak Egharloo with an aesthetic reminiscent of drawing or engraving, this rug is the result of painstaking hand-embroidery. It is available in three sizes and is made from 100% virgin wool.
