Diamonds, hexagons, arches, and solid-colored stripes of varying widths create a surprisingly lightweight effect. Two of its sides are finished with tassels.
Kilim weaving is a traditional rug-making method that uses only threads, tightly interlacing the weft on a handloom without knotting. This process results in a lightweight, pileless rug, similar to upholstery. Furthermore, this technique offers great design flexibility, a characteristic that we at GAN explore extensively to create rugs with striking patterns and details.
