APLOMB LARGE
Lucidi PevereAplomb Large is a new cement lamp, with a different shape and usage characteristics than the original version. In addition to being wider in size, Aplomb Large has an integrated LEO light source embedded in the body of the lamp, which offers a wide beam of light towards the bottom, unlike the original version of Aplomb that is characterized instead by punctual lighting. Aplomb is manufactured through a traditional process by Italian experts in cement production.
The project challenge is obtaining thin thicknesses, light forms, and a material surface that is pleasant to the touch simultaneously. A result obtained thanks to the care and depth of the material has led to the discovery of a special mixture, very fluid in the mold, during production. Among the colors available to meet various ambiance needs are white, gray and brown, obtained with pigments added directly to the mix. Aplomb Large can be placed on a table, a peninsula or a counter, in a home or public space, and is perfect for use alone or repeatedly in linear compositions.
