Perrine & Gilles give a twist to an old childhood memory: the sheets that our grandmothers put over the sofa to protect it from our “hooves.” This ancient custom is part of the famous Mediterranean tradition, so we thought it was a good idea to work on it from a contemporary point of view. From this "experiment" comes the duo of Barnaby sofas and armchairs. After an arduous pattern work, we achieve that the textile that covers the structure can be quilted, respecting the exact proportions of each of its volumes. Being a loose holster, Barnaby can be easily holstered and unholstered; and allows you to have additional covers to quickly change the look according to the needs of the moment. Side straps add color and highlight the sculptural shapes of the design.
