KaschkaschIts structure is as simple as it is magical: a round surface that houses a LED located on its central axis and a superimposed glass ball that constantly produces the effect of an eclipse when moving. By moving BOLITA, we dim or increase the light, and this game captivates with its beautiful visual effect.
BOLITA looks for the user to interact with her. The idea of Florian and Sebastian from the kaschkasch studio was to design a lamp in which the process of dimming the light was mechanical and not electronic. An innovative technological design that claims the sense of touch.
I lacquered steel base in which the light source is housed. A slightly magnetized opal-blown glass diffuser rests on the base and moves across the surface. Switch located on the side of the base
