Rodolfo DordoniDuring the 90’s Rodolfo Dordoni designed for Foscarini a collection of table, earth and suspension lamps with blown glass diffusers in striking colors and names that evoke natural elements: Fruits, Blossom and Buds. Now Buds is renewed again, interpreting contemporary taste to achieve a refined richness and attention to materials. The protagonist of the project is, as always, the blown glass, with five-layer craftsmanship, which is immediately noticeable thanks to the wider cut of the diffuser. With the new range of colors – cool brown, grey, bamboo green, and white, with a straw finish on the inside – Buds assumes a double value: warm when the lamp is on and cool when it is off.
