« Coiba Island is the largest island on the Pacific coast of the Panamanian province of Veraguas ». Fruit of unique and preserved craft knowledge, Coiba reinterprets the “Japanese Straw”. With a weft density of 30 to 40 fibers per inch (2.54 cm) and its extreme fineness, the texture of the abaca is sublimated by a nylon warp, bringing all its modernity to this sumptuous covering. The matt and natural variations of each fiber are mixed with the shine of the weft. Woven at the rate of 2m per day, Coiba is one of our exceptional coverings.
