Barba Corsini & Joaquim Ruiz MilletThe Pedrera Coffee Table was originally designed in 1955 by Barba Corsini. Whilst working as chief architect on a renovation project of Antoni Gaudi’s iconic ‘La Pedrera’ building in Barcelona, Corsini began to design a collection of furniture that would complement the new modernist style rooms. Inspired by the unique contours and vaulted ceilings of La Pedrera, Corsini’s design features an undulating steel base and an organic, curved glass tabletop. Impactful from every angle, the table’s sculptural yet minimal form creates a sense of lightness and sophistication, effortlessly complementing both classic and contemporary interiors.
