NIU refers to the concave-shaped nest that birds suspend from trees—a refuge created from interwoven branches and grasses.
Inspired by this element of nature, Santiago Sevillano designed a unique and iconic piece that embodies the fresh spirit and Mediterranean philosophy. Just as birds weave branches together, the stainless steel tube intertwines to form the lightweight and organic structure of the swing, supporting the concave-shaped, upholstered seat and backrest that offer both comfort and visual lightness.
