THEIA
Mathias HahnTheia has two faces; to discover them, you must turn it gently on its axis. It can be directed toward the user and works as a reading lamp. This turn completely changes the perception of the piece since its metallic diffuser is entirely opaque.
Its formal design is elementary and reduced: two hemispheres intersect horizontally and the other vertically. Elementary forms that, as in nature itself, make it possible for light to be projected, reflected, and absorbed by objects from a light source, to the delight of our eyes.
Lacquered iron base and stem. Lacquered aluminum heat sink with integrated switch. Vertical hemisphere in lacquered spun iron, white interior, and smoked transparent thermoformed methacrylate shade. Available in white and black.
