The countertops in this kitchen with an island are made of Okite, a material that perfectly imitates natural quartz but is much more resistant to scratches, impacts, and wear, as well as being waterproof, hygienic, and easy to clean. The floor-to-ceiling shelving unit, also available as a wall-mounted unit, features a modular black anodized aluminum frame with shelves in a choice of Nebbia monochrome melamine, the same finish as the base cabinets. The modular wainscoting, which connects the base cabinets under the window to the tall cabinets, is made of Synchroface Paglia elm and is fitted with black aluminum shelves. The cooking area is concentrated on the island, which houses the induction cooktop, and the rear tall cabinets, containing the oven and microwave, to facilitate workflow.
