At first sight, the All Plastic Chair reminds us of the classic and straightforward wooden chairs so typical in Europe for many decades. However, adapting the design to an alternative material has significantly improved its appearance and performance. For example, the flat shapes of the frame are molded in one piece, while the delicate surface of the seat is organically shaped, and the backrest is slimmer than conventional wooden chairs.
Designed by Jasper Morrison, the All Plastic Chair reminds us of the classic wooden chairs. However, with the new material, it represents a considerable advance both in its appearance and in the functionality of this typology. This elegant chair combines great stability with excellent comfort: its backrest is fixed to the frame with flexible connectors that allow it to bend in response to the user's movements. The All Plastic Chair is available in 'duotone' colors and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
