Antonio CitterioThe Grandemare sofa has been designed under the sign of discretion, but it is rich in design solutions, even hidden, that reveal its great value. It presents an aggregation of smooth geometric volumes and is completely devoid of edges, resting on a wooden platform covered in leather. The fabrication of the upholstery of the seats, armrests, and backrests is enhanced by a grosgrain profile that can be made tone-on-tone or in contrast. A metal perimeter frame painted in an oven with epoxy powder, set back from the leather-covered top, gives the Grandemare sofa a floating appearance.
