Furnish through light. Surface is a wall lamp with an important presence and geometry but very limited thickness. The feature -a clean and unusual oval-, but especially the movement of concave and convex points, and the play of chiaroscuro that derives from it, will determine the surface in a refined protagonist of the environment even when it is off. When switched on, the lamp spreads an intense but never dazzling light. The two-dimensionality of Surface is also made possible thanks to the possibilities offered by LED technology: the light source is miniaturized, achieving minimum thicknesses and great formal cleanliness. Surface, much more than a simple lighting instrument, is proposed as an iconic presence in domestic or exchange spaces: it illuminates while it furnishes, it also furnishes when it does not illuminate. Subtle and versatile, Surface can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. It characterizes the environment, but at the same time, it reduces thicknesses to a minimum, finding an excellent placement in narrow paths or where a discreet volume is needed. Born to be alone, Surface lives well even repeated in series.
