Alfa sofa
Brand: Zanotta
Alfa by Zanotta works as a full family of seats: armchair, monobloc sofa, modular sofa and pouf, so each room can take the right scale while keeping the same visual thread. The frame is built in steel and the inner suspension runs on elastic strips, which keeps the seat firm and comfortable with daily use.
Padding mixes polyurethane with heat-bound polyester fibre, finished with a removable fabric or leather cover and a quilted seat cushion. The small scatter cushions are filled with Dacron Du Pont or goose down. The steel feet can be ordered chromium-plated, varnished in graphite, or in natural or black nickel-satin finish, so the base can be tuned to the rest of the room.
A quiet classic for open living rooms
Alfa suits spaces that need generous seating without visual weight: open-plan flats with a dining area next door, city apartments with wide windows, or a seaside house where a removable cover comes in handy. It pairs with low wooden or marble tables, short-pile rugs and tall floor lamps. Its modular layout lets you shape the sofa to fit reading corners or library walls, and the matching pouffe completes the seating area.
