Kilt sofa
Brand: Zanotta
Zanotta’s Kilt comes in several configurations: armchair, monobloc sofa, modular sofa and pouf, so you can match the piece to each setting. The frame is built in steel and the suspension works with elastic strips, giving the seat a soft response that still holds its shape.
The upholstery pairs polyurethane with heat-bound polyester fibre for an even, generous fill. Covers come in fabric or leather and can be slipped off the frame, while the seat cushion is quilted to define the model’s outline.
An anchor piece for the sitting room
Kilt sits well in contemporary sitting rooms, in reading corners with plenty of daylight and in open-plan spaces that need a seat to mark the lounge area. It works alongside low tables in wood or marble, plain rugs and floor lamps with clean lines. The modular version comes into its own in generous rooms; the armchair and pouf round off quiet corners in a study or a well-proportioned bedroom.
