Quaderna 710 side table
Brand: Zanotta
The Quaderna 710 is a side table built around a honeycomb core. The whole surface is coated in white plastic laminate and then digitally printed with a pattern of black squares spaced 3 cm apart.
The outcome feels close to a sheet of graph paper lifted into three dimensions: the grid wraps around every face, picks out the edges and lends the piece a graphic presence closer to drawing than to a solid object. Pure black on pure white, nothing else.
A graphic note in the living room
It sits well next to a plain upholstered sofa, in a reading corner or beside an armchair, where the grid brings rhythm without weighing the setting down. It pairs with modern interiors, with ceramics, chrome metal or pale woods, and prefers clear walls and few surrounding pieces so the pattern can breathe.
