The Rondevù armchair rests on four wooden legs, available in oak, in mocha varnished ash or in an open-pore lacquered finish. The lacquered option comes in four shades: talc, orange, amaranth and black. The small knobs that top the backrest follow the same palette, so the piece can stay within a warm register of exposed wood or move to a flatter, more graphic tone.
The seat is padded with CIRCULARREFOAM® polyurethane in varying densities, a foam that combines recycled polyols and PET fibre and includes a share of post-consumer recycled material. The backrest uses self-extinguishing polyurethane foam with bio-based polyols in varying proportions, together with an elastic polyester fabric that shapes the area. The outer cover is removable and can be ordered in fabric or leather.
A companion to the sofa, a piece of its own in the bedroom
Rondevù works well as a side armchair next to a low sofa, as a standalone seat in the bedroom or in a roomy entrance hall. It suits contemporary settings, with the lacquers in orange or amaranth bringing a note of colour against neutral walls, and it also sits comfortably in more classic interiors, where the oak base or the mocha ash pair with solid wood tables and natural textiles.
