The William sofa by Zanotta sits on a steel frame with elastic strip suspension, a construction that keeps the seat firm without losing give. The inner upholstery pairs polyurethane with heat-bound polyester fibre, while the seat, back and armrest cushions are filled with goose down for soft, enveloping support.
The range covers an armchair, a monobloc sofa, modular versions, a pouf, a day bed and matching shelves. Both the fabric and leather covers are removable. The feet are made of aluminium alloy, available polished, in natural or black nickel-satin finish, or painted black. The lounge chairs without armrests can take a solid wood shelf on their longer side, in oak, grey-stained ash or natural Canaletto walnut, held by aluminium supports in the same finishes as the feet.
