The cushions feature multi-compartment covers filled with microfiber, composed of 50% synthetic down and 50% siliconized polyester fiber.

Soft, floor-level volumes create a chill-out effect. Duo's lines have been refined to achieve a clean, minimalist design. The challenge was to create a modular seating arrangement that offered comfortable seating without cushions. Mission accomplished by first integrating, and then sculpting, the seat and back cushions into the structure. Duo's spacious seat allows for the use of decorative cushions and even the addition of extra backrest cushions. The variety of modules and end pieces offered by this model makes it versatile for all types of spaces. Fully removable covers. Wooden frame, upholstered in CMHR 30kg foam and 100g fiber with velour. The unique feature of the Doze system is its ability to provide the sofa with the extraordinary comfort of a bed, thanks to the slatted base, the abundant spring padding, and the special breathable fabric underneath. Doze is a modular sofa system, designed in 2014 and expanded with the Doze Flat version in 2015. The modular elements can be combined to create straight, corner, and side-extension configurations, adapting to spaces and environments of varying sizes. The difference between the Doze and Flat versions lies solely in the smaller overall size of the configurations, achieved by reducing the armrest thickness from 25 to 17 cm.

A hidden gem waiting to be discovered! DB is an acronym for “diamante en bruto” (rough diamond), a nickname Elena and Esther Castaño have jokingly used for years whenever they settled into an old prototype designed by their father. Every summer, the enormous, comfortable armchair enveloped them during afternoons of reading or siesta, and they always said, “We don’t understand why it never went on sale! With a few minor tweaks, it would fit perfectly into the Sancal catalog. It’s a rough diamond waiting to be polished…” And so it was done. After a slight restyling and an update of materials, DB is ready for anyone to enjoy. Its diagonals and faceted angles, applied even to the legs, are reminiscent of the coveted stone. Moreover, its appearance is striking, so the “rough” designation is quite fitting. Now it’s up to you to decide if you want to polish it. Textile and leather cover: fully removable. Internal structure: wooden frame with 80mm elastic webbing in the seat and 60mm in the backrest, covered with 27kg/m³ density foam. Seat cushion: 35AT density foam covered with a cotton cover and filled with FiberDream. Backrest, lumbar, and arm cushions: cotton covers filled with FiberDream. Legs: solid ash wood. The Davos concept was developed from the idea of creating a seating system that could fit into any contemporary interior design project. The light and elegant forms of the CTR collection combine technical prowess with natural elegance. In creating CTR, Italian designer Piergiorgio Cazzaniga has done what he does best: combine technical ingenuity with a seemingly simple design. The chair's structure is composed of powder-coated stainless steel tubular profiles that curve in an uninterrupted line. This requires great skill, as, although the corners of the tube are bent at 90°, they maintain a rounded shape. The backrest is only attached to the frame at two points, giving it the appearance of floating. The open-weave fabric evokes the age-old tradition of weaving.
