For José Manuel Ferrero, founder of EstudiHac, elegance is above all an attitude, and the British know a great deal about this; that's why Magnum's inspiration comes from the cognac glasses that London's high society sipped while discussing politics in their exclusive clubs.
It's a family of seating specially designed for the hospitality sector; however, thanks to their sinuous shapes, exceptional comfort, and compact dimensions, the chairs, stools, and armchairs can also furnish even the most unique homes.

Inspired by the game of chess, Pion comprises a wide range of pieces. The king and queen are represented by the dining and conference tables. Their beauty and uniqueness will draw attention wherever they are placed, whether in a boardroom, restaurant, or dining room. The rooks, bishops, and knights find their counterparts in the array of side tables. Finally, the humble pawn, which should not be underestimated, takes the form of a stool. The leather of this small, sturdy piece has been carefully tanned to match its color to that of the lacquered base. Used together or separately, Pion always adds a touch of brilliance to any setting. The finishes also play with contrasts this time: the high gloss of the lacquers can be combined with natural stone, wood, or leather. These are carefully selected combinations that take into account the character and personality of each piece.

Isaac Piñeiro, from the Nadadora studio, proposes some charming stools and small tables whose base is inspired by trobos, beehives made with wooden logs, very typical in the north of the Iberian Peninsula. Tab consists of two stools of different heights and four tables. The base is always made of curved chestnut veneer, and the tabletops are available in chestnut veneer and a wide range of lacquered finishes.

José Manuel Ferrero continues to expand this extensive product line. Following the chair comes the bar stool. The curved shape of the backrest promotes an ergonomic posture and provides comfortable seating for extended periods. Its slim structure is both solid and responsive thanks to the injected polyurethane foam. The Tea collection is characterized by its unique hexagonal quilting on the seat and backrest. A fine piping detail defines this quilting, distinguishing it from the plain upholstery of the base. Like its predecessors, the stool features hexagonal quilting and the option to create two-tone pieces.

Sancal began its business journey by manufacturing classic French-style armchairs. Continuing with the barrel as inspiration, the Note studio has designed a larger armchair and sofa with a more relaxed seating experience. The upholstery of the interior cushions is plain, while the exterior of the backrest is quilted with a pattern of vertical lines to simulate the barrel's staves climbing its structure. Fixed upholstery, non-removable cover.
Exterior (base): padded, only available in fabric. Interior (pillow): unpadded, available in fabric and leather. Backrest structure: wooden frame with 60mm NEA webbing, made with 30kg/m³ and 25kg/m³ CMHR foam. Exterior padding with 260g HX fiber. Backrest pillow: Fiberdream (feather-feel microfiber) in a cotton cover sewn to the base. Seat structure: wooden frame with 80mm NEA webbing, made with 30kg/m³ CMHR foam and Fiberdream (feather-feel microfiber). Metal base: F1 steel tubing (Ø18mm) with a metallic epoxy finish in bronze or mother-of-pearl, with noise-reducing glides. -
Aesthetically understated and rational, Tiptoe was conceived to update the image of a contemporary classic. Its functionality and simplicity harmonize with a wide range of styles, allowing for the creation of serene and calming environments. The slender legs that inspire the model's name evoke a collection that is discreet, subtle, light, and integrated, like someone "walking on tiptoe" so as not to disturb others. In addition to enhancing the design, the legs add sophistication in either of the two available versions: copper and graphite. Tiptoe is also a comfortable and irresistibly homey sofa. Its shallow depth and the variety of sizes for modules and arms, as well as the large number of pieces designed to adapt to real needs, accentuate its domestic feel. The blend of fiber and viscoelastic foam in its cushions provides a pleasant seating experience. Compositions with chaise longues are perfect for piling on cushions. Fiberdream Sancal has patented Fiberdream for making pillows as a high-quality, high-performance material. It is a special microfiber that faithfully simulates goose down. Thanks to Fiberdream, we achieve the comfort and feel of traditional down pillows but without the drawbacks of feather loss and potential allergies. This sofa has a fully removable cover.

Yonoh presents a sofa and armchair duo with a Japanese touch.
The concept, as its name suggests, draws inspiration from the robust physique of sumo wrestlers and contrasts with the lightness of the base, inspired by the clogs they wear outside the ring. The wood chosen for the collection is ash, prized for its rich grain and porosity. Staining options range from very natural colors to more artificial ones like pink or yellow. A distinctive feature is the unique stitching that runs around the entire perimeter of the seat. Clara and Alex transcend the archetype of seating for public spaces by softening the forms. Despite its rounded presence, Sumo occupies a very small space thanks to its compact dimensions (178 and 92 centimeters for the sofa and armchair respectively). -

Talo, a reimagining of the classic hospitality armchair. Understated yet with a distinctive and strikingly contemporary touch, Talo offers more than just exceptional comfort, making it suitable for all types of settings. The two-seater sofa complements the armchair without sacrificing an ounce of comfort. Every detail matters, from the wide, vibrant fabric that encircles the top edge of the piece to the unique two-tiered cushion. Talo's most distinctive feature is its taut legs (or roots) that climb the structure and peek out from beneath the fabric. Sebastian Herkner is one of the breakout designers of 2012. He began his career in fashion while still a student, working for Stella McCartney, where he learned to appreciate the textures and structures of fabrics. In 2006, he founded his own product design studio and began working for publishers around the world, including Classicon, De Vorm, Moroso, and Nanoo. He combines his work as a designer with teaching at the Faculty of Art and Design in Offenbach. Talo is the result of his first and highly successful collaboration with Sancal.

Tea is the result of a desire to evoke aesthetic pleasure through sight and touch; an intense quest to awaken emotions in the user. To achieve this, Sancal collaborated with EstudiHac, led by José Manuel Ferrero, who designed a collection of seating inspired by teatime. EstudiHac proposes combining textures and materials in true British style. Hexagonal quilting and two-tone options are the key elements of this updated classic—modern and casual, yet always elegant and distinguished. Undoubtedly, one of the most unique and innovative offerings on the market.

Rafa is part of the creative heart of Sancal. Author of now-classic pieces for the brand such as Air and Eleva, and of the recent and successful Copla, Folk, Nido, and Tecno; this season he's starting strong, presenting the REW seating program and the Nap bed, two new designs that are as attractive as they are functional.

We admire a tortoise's longevity and slow gait. Therefore, when the Nadadora studio accepted the challenge of designing an armchair that would become a well-deserved reward, an object we dream about on our way home, they didn't hesitate to draw inspiration from this unique animal.

Two types of armrests, three armchairs, twelve sofas, nine different modules, and one corner piece allow you to create a custom arrangement for each project. Rafa García recommends creating corner configurations with any of the high-arm pieces, although the right-angle option is also available.

El sofá City Casual cuenta con unas almohadas de asiento con una densidad media, pero a diferencia de la colección Soft, las almohadas de respaldo no están predeterminadas. La estructura es de madera maciza revestida de espuma y fibra con velour. The seat and back frames are prepared with NEA webbing. The seat cushion is made with differentiated-density HR Ultracel foam. The back cushions are filled with siliconized polyester microfiber. The covers are 100% cotton. The metal legs are made of satin-finished stainless steel tubing. The wooden legs are made of wenge-stained beech. All versions can be upholstered in fabric, leather, or faux leather. Copla is a modular sofa designed to bring warmth and true comfort to all kinds of public spaces. Thanks to the relaxed look of its cushions, it stands apart from the typical rigidity of furniture for public spaces. This soft touch means that Copla is also suitable for more homey environments. The 21 cm high, turned ash wood legs and this plush sofa inspire the name of a design that pays homage to the old-fashioned café-concerts. We also highlight the softness of Copla's shapes and its hollowed-out cushions. Formally, the design stems from the desire to create a sofa with comfortable cushions and slender wooden legs. The cushions are joined together by the legs that support them, minimizing the internal structure and resulting in a sofa that is soft and supple from every angle.

A hidden gem waiting to be discovered! DB is an acronym for “diamante en bruto” (rough diamond), a nickname Elena and Esther Castaño have jokingly used for years whenever they settled into an old prototype designed by their father. Every summer, the enormous, comfortable armchair enveloped them during afternoons of reading or siesta, and they always said, “We don’t understand why it never went on sale! With a few minor tweaks, it would fit perfectly into the Sancal catalog. It’s a rough diamond waiting to be polished…” And so it was done. After a slight restyling and an update of materials, DB is ready for anyone to enjoy. Its diagonals and faceted angles, applied even to the legs, are reminiscent of the coveted stone. Moreover, its appearance is striking, so the “rough” designation is quite fitting. Now it’s up to you to decide if you want to polish it. Textile and leather cover: fully removable. Internal structure: wooden frame with 80mm elastic webbing in the seat and 60mm in the backrest, covered with 27kg/m³ density foam. Seat cushion: 35AT density foam covered with a cotton cover and filled with FiberDream. Backrest, lumbar, and arm cushions: cotton covers filled with FiberDream. Legs: solid ash wood. Available in various ash stain finishes.

Soft, floor-level volumes create a chill-out effect. Duo's lines have been refined to achieve a clean, minimalist design. The challenge was to create a modular seating arrangement that offered comfortable seating without cushions. Mission accomplished by first integrating, and then sculpting, the seat and back cushions into the structure. Duo's spacious seat allows for the use of decorative cushions and even the addition of extra backrest cushions. The variety of modules and end pieces offered by this model makes it versatile for all types of spaces. Fully removable covers. Wooden frame, upholstered in CMHR 30kg foam and 100g fiber with velour. Seat frame with 80mm NEA webbing. Backrest and armrest frame with high-density, non-deformable CMHR 30kg foam. Seat cushions with high-density, non-deformable CMHR 30kg, CMHR 35kg, and CMHR 60kg foam. Complementary cushions filled with FiberDream. Beech wood legs with a wenge plus finish (legs are concealed).

Thanks to the softness of its pillows, the proportions of the backrest and its height, we have managed to create a seat that embraces you and allows you to rest your head without needing to resort to any mechanism. To combine comfort and durability, the seat cushions feature different foam densities with an outer layer of Fiberdream (a feather-like microfiber). The back cushions are ultra-soft. The collection includes sofas and modular units with and without wingbacks. The wingbacks add character to the design and enhance comfort. For the backrests and poufs, Rafa García has created an optional cover with delicate quilting that can be added to any piece. The legs, made of beech wood, are available in natural, walnut, anthracite or wenge plus.
