The new version, launched in 2014, features some substantial changes, including a redesigned base and the removal of the armrests, giving it a softer appearance. The armchair's frame is metal with chrome, satin, burnished, black chrome, and champagne finishes. The A.B.C.D. armchair can be paired with the matching pouf and is equipped with a sophisticated reclining mechanism. It can also be complemented with an elegant accessory: a comfortable headrest cushion with soft goose down filling and a metal counterweight. The A.B.C.D. armchair received an honorable mention at the 24th ADI Compasso d'Oro Awards from a prestigious international jury.
